Therapy has been proven to be most effective if you are able to commit to weekly sessions so that the momentum is kept up between sessions.

Individual therapy sessions last 55 minutes and cost £65

Couples therapy sessions are either:

 - 60 minutes and cost £85

 - 75 minutes and cost £100

EMDR initial sessions last 55 minutes and cost £65

EMDR processing sessions last 90 minutes and cost £100

Payment terms 

​

I ask for payment for the first session to be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking and I will forward my bank details to you once we agree on a session time. After this initial session, I ask for sessions to be paid in advance by bank transfer or by cash at the beginning of each session.

Cancellations

​

I ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or change a session.  I will try to rearrange your session within the same working week (Mon-Fri), but if this is not possible then (depending on extenuating circumstances) the full fee will be applicable.
