Individual Counselling

Individual face-to-face sessions take place in a comfortable ground floor room in my home.

Counselling sessions are normally held weekly at the same time every week.  Generally, short-term counselling of six to twelve weeks is appropriate if you are looking to try and improve a particular area or issue in your life.

Longer-term counselling of up to a year or more may be more helpful if you are stuck and want to explore what is going on on a deeper level.
